General Shipping/Delivery information

Dublin Crystal currrently ship all over the world. We use a variety of couriers and shipping companies depending on destination and time frame involved. These include An Post (Irelands Postal system) Fastway, Fedex, FDS and DHL.

We constantly monitor shipping costs and look for the best prices possible. Unfortunately due to the cost fluctuations and fuel surcharges it is not always possible to know exact shipping costs outside of Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Therefore we advise that should you require shipping outside of these areas you submit your order through our enquiry form. We then can advise you of the current most cost effective method of shipping your order. We recommend using FDS/DHL/Fed Ex for shipping outside of the UK & Ireland for a secure traceable and insured service which requires signature on delivery for additional piece of mind. 

Should you have an account with one of our preferred shipping companies or another reputable courier company we can arrange to use this or give you the relevant details so that you can arrange shipping yourself if desired.
