How soon will my order be ready?
Lead times can vary depending on the size of your order. For smaller engraved orders, lead times are typically 3-5 working days excluding shipping. We can provide rushed orders for an extra charge, however we do not offer this service online, you will have to call us on 01 298 7302 or email us at info@dublincrystal.com to arrange this.

We are located down beside Dundrum Luas bridge between circle K and Joe Daly cycles. Our Eircode is D14 DX77. You can find trophies, plaques, get your glassware engraved, and much more at our shop.

We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:30
Do you engrave my crystal?
We offer engraving for your personal pieces of crystal. Prices can vary depending on what you want engraved. Simply bring your crystal down to our showroom or email us at info@dublincrystal.com with a picture of your crystal and a description of what you would like engraved and where and we will provide a quote. Where can I park?
Our factory showroom has plenty of free parking for our customers.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, we can gift wrap your special gifts at no extra charge.
Do you do crystal repairs?
Yes, we may be able to fix your crystal from a chipped rim to a broken stem and many breakages in between. All repairs are carried out at your own risk, and a deposit is required for repairs. Our repairs expert will assess the damage and consult with you about how best to proceed.
Can you remove an engraving from my crystal?
Yes, if you have an engraved piece where you wish to remove the engraving we can typically do so. Pricing is dependent on the amount of engraving to be removed. As there is a very small risk of damage or destruction in this process it is at your own risk.
Can I put my crystal in the dishwasher?
No, crystal is not dishwasher safe. Hot water has the ability to chip or crack crystal and harsh soaps can degrade the crystal causing them to become cloudy in appearance.
How can I care for my crystal?
Wash your crystal using warm water and minimal amounts of washing up liquid. For best results dry your crystal with a piece of kitchen roll rather than leaving to dry on the draining board as this can leave drip marks. For a detailed guide on cleaning your crystal, check out our cleaning tips.
